Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)

Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) that developed based on high quality cordierite material, with a special structure, has the advantages of high mesh, thin pore wall, large specific surface area, high compressive strength, low coefficient of thermal expansion and good thermal shock resistance is mainly used to purify NOx from diesel exhaust gas by ammonia selective catalytic reduction technology. Diesel Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) can also be used to purify NOx from Marine internal combustion engines.

Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) that developed based on high quality cordierite material, with a special structure, has the advantages of high mesh, thin pore wall, large specific surface area, high compressive strength, low coefficient of thermal expansion and good thermal shock resistance is mainly used to purify NOx from diesel exhaust gas by ammonia selective catalytic reduction technology. Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) can also be used to purify NOx from Marine internal combustion engines.

Vanadium-SCR catalyst can meet the requirements of diesel engine road EUO IV,EUO V and EUO IV emission standards for non-road small and medium power diesel engines; V-SCR catalyst has good sulfur resistance, low cost, high conversion efficiency between 350℃ and 450℃, and easy inactivation at high temperature.

Fe-SCR catalyst with excellent sulfur resistance, excellent medium, high temperature activityand hydrothermal stability is suitable for heavy-duty diesel and truck that do not have high requirements for oil quality.

Cu-SCR catalyst has excellent activity at low temperature, good hydrothermal stability at high temperature but poor sulfur resistance.
