Gasoline Three Way Catalyst (TWC)

Gasoline three way catalyst (TWC) is developed based on high quality cordierite material, after being coated with catalyst it could be used in the three way catalytic converter system for vehicle exhaust purification, catalytically converting and purifying harmful substances in automobile exhaust gas, meeting emission regulations.

Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF)

Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF) is a new product developed based on high quality cordierite material , the wall flow structure was used to effectively capture particulate matter from gasoline engine exhaust, reduce NOx and PM/PN emissions. The catalytic oxidation of NO to NO2 through the catalyst coating assisted passive regeneration of GPF. Forced controllable active regeneration can also be performed under temperature supply conditions such as fuel injection combustion/burner.

Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)

Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) can cut CO and HC emissions by more than 90%. Our DOCs are designed to oxidise pollutants in light and heavy duty engines. Carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbon (HC) and nitrogen oxide (NO) are oxidised to carbon dioxide (CO2), water (H2O) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2).

Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)

Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) that developed based on high quality cordierite material, with a special structure, has the advantages of high mesh, thin pore wall, large specific surface area, high compressive strength, low coefficient of thermal expansion and good thermal shock resistance is mainly used to purify NOx from diesel exhaust gas by ammonia selective catalytic reduction technology. Diesel Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) can also be used to purify NOx from Marine internal combustion engines.

Cordierite Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) is also called wall flow filter developed based on high quality cordierite material, the special wall flow structure was used to effectively capture particulate matter from gasoline engine exhaust to reduce the NOx and PM / PN emissions. Silicon Carbide Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) is also called wall flow filter developed based on high quality Silicon Carbide, the special wall flow structure was used to effectively capture particulate matter from gasoline engine exhaust to reduce the NOx and PM / PN emissions. The catalytic oxidation of NO to NO2 through the catalyst coating assisted passive regeneration of Silicon Carbide diesel particulate filter (DPF). Forced controllable active regeneration also could be performed under the temperature supply conditions such as fuel injection combustion/ burner.
