Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)

Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) can cut CO and HC emissions by more than 90%. Our DOCs are designed to oxidise pollutants in light and heavy duty engines. Carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbon (HC) and nitrogen oxide (NO) are oxidised to carbon dioxide (CO2), water (H2O) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2).

Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOCs) is made of cordierite, with a special structure, has the advantages of high mesh, thin pore wall, large specific surface area, high compressive strength, low coefficient of thermal expansion as well as good thermal shock resistance.  Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) can cut CO and HC emissions by more than 90%. Our DOCs are designed to oxidise pollutants in light and heavy duty engines. Carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbon (HC) and nitrogen oxide (NO) are oxidised to carbon dioxide (CO2), water (H2O) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2).

Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) is usually directly used for diesel vehicle exhaust purification, Oxidation purification of HC, CO and SOF in diesel engine exhaust gas. When DOC and SCR catalyst are matched, the low temperature and rapid reaction of the back-end SCR catalyst is realized by oxidizing NO to NO2 in the diesel exhaust gas at the front end. When DOC was matched with CDPF catalyst, passive regeneration of CDPF was achieved by oxidizing NO to NO2 in diesel engine exhaust and reduced Soot. Diesel oxidation catalyst is pplicable to road diesel engine CN V, CN VI, CN IV and above emission standards.
