Mount Mat 1000HT catalytic converter support mat is designed for a broad range of emission control devices, including diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC), diesel particulate filters (DPF), selective catalyst reduction units (SCR), gasoline particulate filters (GPF), underbody converters,and close coupled converters (gasoline, diesel and ethanol flex fuel). Compared with polycrystalline wool (PCW) fiber support mat, Mount Mat 1000HT also show excellent performance but cost-effective to reduce cost sharply for the emission control devices.

Mount Mat 1000HT as kind of cost-effective, non-intumescent, automative catalytic converter insulation support mat made from high alumina refractory ceramic fiber produced through advanced sol-gel manufacturing process. Mount Mat 1000HT offers low thermal conductivity, high coefficient of friction, excellent fiber resilience, is designed for mechanical support of ceramic substrates used in emission control devices.
Mount Mat 1000HT is thermally stable and offers excellent holding force in all temperature ranges from low-temperature diesel systems up through 1250°C inlet gas temperature. Mount Mat 1000HT also offers excellent erosion resistance, allowing it to provide robust design solutions across a wide range of system inputs without the need of wire-mesh rings or any other type of edge-treatment. Compared with polycrystalline wool (PCW) fiber support mat, Mount Mat 1000HT also show excellent performance but cost-effective to reduce cost sharply for the emission control devices.
