Mount Mat 1000HT is kind of cost-effective, non-intumescent, automative catalytic converter insulation support mat made from sol-gel refractory ceramic fiber which is thermally stable from low-temperature diesel systems up through 1250°C inlet gas temperature. Mount Mat 1000HT also offers excellent erosion resistance, allowing it to provide robust design solutions across a wide range of system inputs without the need of wire-mesh rings or any other type of edge-treatment.

Mount Mat 1000HT catalytic converter support mat is designed for a broad range of emission control devices, including diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC), diesel particulate filters (DPF), selective catalyst reduction units (SCR), gasoline particulate filters (GPF), underbody converters,and close coupled converters (gasoline, diesel and ethanol flex fuel).
