Mount mat 400HP is a non-binder, needled polycrystalline fiber, non-intumescent, catalytic converter substrate support mat made of high Alumina polycrystalline wool (PCW) fiber needle blanket, showing high resiliency, excellent tensile strength, low thermal conductivity, outstanding erosion resistance and aging performance, the high temperature thermal stability even up to 1600°C.


Needeld polycrystalline fiber blanket is developed based on high Alumina Silicon polycrystalline wool (PCW) fiber needle blanket, without any binder agent in precisely controlled, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities through advanced needle-pouching process to increase fiber Interweave as well as anti-layering performance to make sure the flexibility and tensile strength. Needeld polycrystalline fiber blanket with very low shrinkage, low to no shot content, outstanding chemical stability and exceptional strength is available of a wide variety of thermal applications up to continuous high temperature woking condition of 1600 °C.
