Gasoline TWC Substrate

Gasoline TWC Substrate is developed based on high quality cordierite material with the advantages of high mesh count, thin pore wall, large specific surface area, high compressive strength, small thermal expansion coefficient, and good thermal shock resistance, after being coated with catalyst, it is used in the catalytic converter for gasoline vehicle exhaust purification, catalytically converting and purifying harmful substances in automobile exhaust gas to meet emission regulations. 400/4, 400/6, 400/7, 600/4, 600/6 and 750/2.5 have been mass-produced and meet the emission standards.

Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF) is a new product developed based on high quality cordierite material, used to filter out the particulate from the gasoline engine emissions. With many years’ experience for DPF production, company has developed GPF with good quality and reliable function. After being coated with catalyst, DOC Ceramic Substrate could be used in the catalytic converter for diesel vehicle exhaust purification, catalytically converting and purifying harmful substances in automobile exhaust gas, meeting the requirements of emission regulations. Company now has the products of 400/4 thin-wall cordierite substrate which can meet the GB VI, Euro 6 and LEV III etc.
